Processing and delivery

We prepare and dispatch orders within 7 business days of order confirmation. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier serving your area.

Most FullMasti orders are sent through Blue Dart Air or Delhivery Air. We may use another delivery partner when needed. Courier delays and unexpected disruptions can affect delivery dates; if your parcel is delayed, please contact us and we’ll help you check its status.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout. An additional ₹25 applies to deliveries in North East India, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep.
