Returns and refunds

Please check the product details and size chart before placing your order. We don’t offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind or an incorrect size selection. These sales are final, subject to the exceptions below and your rights under applicable law.

Damaged, incorrect, or significantly different items

If your item arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the product differs significantly from its description or images, please contact FullMasti within 48 hours of delivery. Email contact@fullmasti.in or message @fullmasti.tees on Instagram with your order number and a description of the issue.

Please share clear photos and, if you have one, an unboxing video so we can review your request quickly. If you don’t have a video, please still get in touch; our team will assess the information available. We’ll review each claim fairly and explain the appropriate next steps, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Product colour and appearance can vary slightly between screens and production batches. If you believe what you received differs significantly from what was shown or described, let us know within 2 days of delivery so we can review it.
